Stone Furnishings
We manufacture custom stone products using 3 types of natural stone unique to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.
-Ticul - orange limestone
Durable and weather resistant stone, typically known for its warm orange tones, sometimes with variations that can include lighter or darker shades of orange, reddish tones, or even hints of yellow/gold.
-Mexican Coral/Shell Stone
The most striking feature of this stone is the presence of fossil inlays that are interspersed throughout the stone. These fossils are remnants of ancient marine organisms, such as coral and shells, that lived millions of years ago. The fossils are beautifully preserved within the calcareous rock, adding a sense of natural history and character to the stone.
-Mayan Cream
Calcareous rock close to marble in appearance. However, for its high content of calcium, it is still being considered limestone. Stone of whitening coloration, varying between cream tones and beige, containing veins and knots of darker color. It comes from the crater in Yucatan Peninsula that was formed 65 million years ago when the asteroid struck Earth.
